Vision, Mission & Objectives

The National Veterinary Clinicians Group is a special interest group of the SAVA.  The South African Veterinary Association was officially formed from the amalgamation of provincial associations in April 1920.  The group representing "small animal or companion animal veterinarians" was formed within the SAVA in the late 1970's.  The SAVA is a dynamic organisation that evolves with the needs and requirements of its members, South African Veterinarians.

Priorities for the Upcoming Year

2019 Planned Courses :
1-2 June 2019 - Bush-break in Skukuza with Drs Stephan Waisglass and Travis Strong - opthalmology and dermatology
15-16 June 2019 - Mountain break in Cape Town with Drs Stephan Waisglass, Travis Strong, Sherman & Debra Canapp - opthalmology and dermatology and sports medicine and surgery.
15 July 2019 - pre-congress with Steven de Decker (Neurology)
