WSAVA-Hill’s 2018 Outreach Project announced

Published: 5/1/2018

Veterinarians in Cambodia to receive a full-day surgical lecture with practical workshop! Thanks to the generous support of Hill’s Pet Nutrition, we’re delighted to announce this year’s Global Outreach project for #wsava2018 in Singapore.

In partnership with the Faculties of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) in Phnom Penh, we’re hosting a full-day lecture and practical workshop on 22 September 2018 for students from RUA’s Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine faculties and practicing veterinarians.  The workshop will be led by Dr Wijit Sutthiprapa, Attending Clinician and Assistant Director at Kasetsart University Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand. He will be assisted by veterinarians from the region as he covers topics including basic and advanced soft tissue surgical principles and techniques.

Our Global Outreach programs help us to deliver our goal to bring together veterinarians from different countries to advance the quality and availability of small animal medicine and surgery worldwide so we are delighted to announce this year’s program and thank Hill’s for its generous support.
