From 16-18 April 2019, the second International Conference on One Health Antimicrobial Resistance (ICOHAR) takes place in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Organized by the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, the WSAVA is a supporting association with WSAVA Therapeutics Guidelines Chair Dr Luca Guardabassi a member of the Organizing Committee.

ICOHAR will bring together representatives from all relevant sectors (including public health, human and veterinary medicine, livestock production, food safety and environmental sciences) to share research and education strategies for understanding and reducing the risks of AMR at the interface between humans, animals and the environment. We wish them every success in working towards solutions to this challenging problem.
