WSAVA CE in Kenya offers an update on advances in the treatment of parasitic disease

Published: 9/2/2019

On June 7-8, the Kenya Small Companion Animal Veterinary Association (KESCAVA) held a two-day workshop on companion animal parasitology in conjunction with TroCCAP – Tropical Council for Companion Animal Parasites. It was a very successful event – some delegates said they didn’t want to go home on the second day because the learning experience had been so great that they wanted to continue into the night!
We thank the speakers Professor Gad Baneth and Professor Rebecca Traub and the local CE Coordinator Dr Derick Chibeu.  We also thank the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) for its long-term support for WSAVA CE in Sub Saharan Africa.
