Dr Ping-Chih (Ben) Teng
Location: National Veterinary Hospital,Taiwan
Dr. Teng graduated from the Department of Veterinary Medicine of National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan in 1995, and has worked in veterinary practice for over 22 years. Now he is the part owner and supervisor of the National Veterinary Hospital. There are 18 branches, 3 emergency centers and one cat only clinic located in Taiwan. He is dedicated to feline medicine especially in hyperthyroidism, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, nutrition, and cat welfare. He founded the first Feline Friendly Practice certificated by the AAFP in Asia in 2012. Teng loves to teach and speech. He has given many lectures in China, Thailand, Malaysia and others. Currently, he is the Welfare member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and WSAVA Global Nutrition Committee member.
