Brief history of association : VVA = Vietnam Veterinary Association was established in 1991, this is a Veterinary Central Office. VSAVA was established in 18/12/2010 , VSAVA operate the activities independently and has own stamp and account in bank. VSAVA must to make a report the activities to VVA yearly
