VOEK was running the 25th - Annual-Meeting in Salzburg
The main topic was:
VOEK is silver, but continuing education is golden
VOEK celebrates the 25th anniversary: The program offers of a variety of goods: Internal Medicine and Surgery – Dogs, Cats, Pets, Birds, Exotic Animals. As last year we had a Pre-Congress-Day. There were 5 additional seminars and a Vet Nurse Stream. 45 renowned speakers came from Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Austria. The Meeting was very successful with over 700 delegates (Vets and Nurses).

NEW AUSTRIAN REPRESENTATIVE:
Much to our regret, Dr. Dreier had to step down in Geneva as Austrian Representative in WSAVA.
Unfortunately Dr. Dreier had an accident in Geneva whereas he did not have the chance to introduce Dr. Adalbert (“ATSCHI”) FELLNER (further VOEK-BOARD MEMBER) as the new Austrian Representative in WSAVA personally.
The VOEK board wants to thank Dr. Dreier Klaus for his activities in the VOEK Scientific Advisory Council and for the work he did in his function as WSAVA Representative in the last years, but he had to reduce the scale of operations due to his health condition.

There were 5 additional seminars and a Vet Nurse Stream. 38 renowned speakers came from Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA and Austria.
